Experience with Material Handling is mandatory to be considered for this position.
What You'll Do-
Lead a team of Material Handlers in Remanufacturing

Ability to perform all receiving / shipping and conveyance functions within the team

Create and maintain work rotation and training schedules

Develop and coach associates to expand knowledge and expertise

Ability to escalate issues, and support/ lead daily problem-solving including reporting

Ensure safety, quality, receiving and/or delivery targets are met and standardized work instructions are followed

Manage space optimization within the warehouse area
What You'll Bring-
Minimum 12 months experience as a Material Handler including possession of valid fork lift and reach truck certificate

A strong understanding of receiving, conveyance and warehouse operations

Ability to effectively perform all material handling functions in the team

A positive influencer that fosters a team culture with strong collaboration skills to get things done

Excellent writing and communication skills in English

Computer Savvy; able to generate reports, and work/training schedules (must know Excel)

Experience with WARP, MES, MOS, MTT, IPO, Replenishment Orders, are desirable assets

Ability to work 3 shifts
