We’re seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy intern to support our Program & Analytics team within the EMEA Energy & Charging operations team. In this role, you’ll help design and deploy smarter workflows that reduce manual effort, eliminate inefficiencies, and accelerate service operations. You’ll work at the intersection of operations, data, and automation—using AI, analytics, and scripting to turn real-world challenges into scalable solutions.
Your work will directly improve how we support Tesla’s growing infrastructure—making operations faster, more accurate, and more sustainable.
What You'll Do-
Identify recurring operational bottlenecks in field service, parts logistics, and deployment workflows

Design and prototype automation solutions using Python, scripting, or low-code tools to streamline repetitive tasks
- Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to uncover trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities

Support the development of dashboards and visualizations to track KPIs and monitor process performance

Collaborate with field teams, O&M partners, and other stakeholders to validate solutions and ensure real-world usability

Contribute to the development of AI-driven insights for energy and charging systems to improve operational efficiency and enable smarter, faster decision-making across the field operations network
What You'll Bring-
Must be currently enrolled in operations management, computer science, engineering or a related field
- Experience using Python and comfortable working with data (e.g., Excel, SQL)

Familiar with automation concepts and has experience building simple scripts or tools

Strong analytical mindset with curiosity about “why” things break and how they can be improved

Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical insights into clear, actionable recommendations

Level C1 (written and spoken) in English
