Tesla's Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) program gives used Tesla vehicles a second life and turns used-car buyers into long-term Tesla owners. The Used Cars EMEA team manages the full customer journey from digital stock display through to delivery, across 20+ markets. As CPO Brand Visibility Intern, you will own how the CPO program shows everywhere a customer might encounter: online, in-store, in communications, at events, and in new markets. This is a commercial position focused on making Tesla's CPO program the most trusted and visible used-car offering in Europe.
What You'll Do-
CPO Brand Identity & Positioning - Build a competitive positioning framework that the team can reference and update over time
- Physical Touchpoints & Delivery Experience - Audit how CPO vehicles are presented in Tesla stores and service centers across EMEA. Identify opportunities for dedicated signage, display areas, and in-store visibility
- Advisor Enablement - Work with local market teams to ensure the CPO story is communicated consistently across 20+ markets with different languages and customer expectations
- Digital & Channel Presence - Define listing quality standards covering imagery, descriptions, and trust signals. Track reach, click-through, and lead volume to measure impact
- Campaigns, Events & Media - Collaborate with the stakeholders to plan and execute targeted visibility campaigns and activations, including CPO-specific test drive events, pop-ups, or open days
- Playbook & Handoff - Document all findings, standards, and templates into a CPO Brand Visibility Playbook
What You'll Bring-
Currently pursuing a study in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in brand building, automotive retail, or customer experience
- Clear written and visual communication skills; you will review and create content and guidelines that teams across 20+ markets need to understand and use
- Comfortable working with data to measure the impact of visibility initiatives (Excel/Sheets at minimum; exposure to Python is a plus)
- Creative thinker who can translate a brand strategy into tangible assets: pitch decks, signage concepts, campaign briefs, content templates
- Willingness to travel across EMEA markets to review in-store presence, support events, and work with local teams. This requires strong planning skills: structuring trips with clear objectives, coordinating schedules with local stakeholders in advance, and making the most of limited time on the ground
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
