What to Expect
The Residential Energy Demand Generation and Marketing team plays a critical role in this mission by driving awareness and adoption of Tesla’s energy products. We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager based in Berlin or Amsterdam to drive growth of residential energy products, with a focus on Germany, but also across the entire EMEA region. You will help build and execute our marketing strategy across EMEA supporting Tesla channel sales teams and our Certified Installer partners and distributors. The overall objective is to increase awareness and drive sales of Tesla’s residential energy portfolio—including Powerwall and Wall Connector, while also enabling our partners to grow their top lines. This role will report to the Head of Demand Generation, Residential Energy - EMEA and will work closely with various global teams. To succeed, you must be energetic, highly organized, data-driven, and have a keen eye for detail. You should have a passion for sustainable energy and the ability to create exceptional marketing and communication campaigns to increase awareness and drive sales. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to be a supportive member of the team. You should be comfortable working in ambiguity and have a strong ownership mentality.
You will be working with a variety of stakeholders globally including engineering, design, web, copywriting, sales, marketing peers in other regions and legal teams ensuring you deliver on your objectives and while creating impactful marketing and communications campaigns across the region.
What You'll Do-
Work with the Head of Demand Generation and other marketing team members to develop targeted strategies and execute activities that enable the German Tesla Residential Energy channel sales teams and our external partners to achieve their sales objectives

Manage the planning, execution and performance tracking of regional activities including lead
generation campaigns, events & conferences as well as digital communications (e.g., emails, social, website) -
Work closely with the Tesla Residential Energy sales teams as well as vehicle teams to develop campaigns and initiatives to drive awareness and sales of residential energy products

Drive development and execution of partner marketing materials, including emails, toolkits, webinars, campaigns, and rebate initiatives

Plan and execute trade shows, in-store events, webinars etc. to generate leads within the target demographic, as well as grow the network of Certified Installers

Source, negotiate and execute strategic marketing partnerships that help to achieve Tesla Residential Energy’s B2C and B2B objectives

Work with our internal Design and Content teams as well as external vendors on consistent and effective messaging of customer facing documents, promotional materials and videos to build compelling content across channels like email and social, that will build awareness, engage and convert
What You'll Bring-
4+ years of experience developing growth/product marketing strategies, driving customer acquisition, and executing results-based marketing programs

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience

Experience working in both B2B and B2C organizations is preferred

Understanding of the German market, preferably within the renewable energy industry

Proficiency in building clear, compelling value propositions that can be expressed in a variety of media to all levels of the organization and proven track record in planning and executing high-quality events and exhibitions of varying formats, sizes and scales

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision and to manage multiple projects

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in German and English (additional European languages, particularly Dutch, are a plus)

Willingness to travel ~20% (primarily in Europe, with occasional global trips)
