What to Expect
Tesla is seeking a talented WMS Support Engineer to join our team supporting warehouse operations across the EMEA region, with primary focus at our Tilburg facility in the Netherlands. This role centers on delivering reliable support for our Warehouse Management Systems that power warehouse logistics and operations. You will diagnose issues, analyze code to pinpoint root causes, and escalate findings to development teams—directly contributing to Tesla's sustainability goals by keeping critical warehouse systems running at peak efficiency. We value candidates with a strong interest in exploring AI agentic tools to streamline support processes and drive proactive improvements.
What You'll Do-
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for WMS platforms in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Read and analyze code to identify issues, then clearly report findings and recommendations to the development team

Collaborate with warehouse operations teams, engineers, and product managers to understand requirements and complaints, and deliver effective resolutions

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, reliability, and security

Participate in knowledge sharing and contribute to technical documentation for warehouse software systems

Stay current with emerging technologies, including AI agentic tools, to optimize support workflows
What You'll Bring-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field or strong demonstrable experience in a systems support position

Strong ability to read and debug code in languages such as Go, C#, Python, or TypeScript

Experience with database technologies including SQL (MySQL, MSSQL) and NoSQL solutions

Proven track record in system support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in warehouse environments

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly diagnose complex technical issues

Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and to liaise the resolution of issues with said stakeholders.

Experience working in Agile environments and effective English communication, both oral and written

Previous experience in logistics, or warehouse environments

Direct experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is advantegeous

Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, or web frameworks such as ASP.NET, Angular, or React

Interest in or hands-on experience with AI agentic tools for automation and support optimization

Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or IoT applications in industrial settings
