What to Expect
As an Service Preparation Supervisor, you will lead a team within the Service Preparation domain. This team aims to prepare and triage customer repair requests using a standardised process and advanced augmentations tools, that take advantage of our highly connected vehicles. This process ensures a smooth and efficient onsite experience for our customers and workshop teams.

What You'll Do-
Oversee and lead your Team to achieve KPIs including, but not limited to, customer satisfaction, expectation setting, quality and speed of preparation

Monitor individual performance consistently and be responsible for quality within your team, reporting progress to management, together with any specific incidents

Conduct regular one-to-ones and feedback sessions with team members, providing constructive and clear coaching and following up on development plans and any personnel cases

Ensure that Tesla preparation standards, available procedures are adopted and that any issues are feedback to relevant stakeholders

Organise the team based on skill level, capacity, and absence, participating in hiring as needed.

Act as the main point contact for preparation feedback in your region

Identify and resolve roadblocks or escalations disturbing workflow, ensuring that each individual has the tools and training to perform their role successfully
