About the Job
As Lead Operational Manager at ThreatFabric, you can take ownership and bring structure, focus, and smooth execution to our fast-growing cybersecurity scale-up.
You are responsible for keeping our operations strong, mainly across DevOps and Customer Support. You make sure work is well planned, priorities are clear, and teams can deliver consistently.
The Operational Manager bridges the gap between software development and IT infrastructure. They lead cross-functional teams to automate workflows, ensure continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), and maintain production reliability.
In this role, you translate plans into execution and make sure dependencies between teams are managed properly. You keep visibility on progress, risks, and capacity, and help remove blockers when needed. You work closely with engineering, product, and other teams to make sure priorities are aligned and delivery stays on track.
Next to the core role, you will temporarily support a small and clearly defined set of responsibilities from the Head of Product during a maternity leave. This is limited in scope and will be discussed further in the process.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:

Manage the operational teams, including DevOps and Customer Support

Managing planning, capacity, and delivery flow

Making sure priorities match customer and business needs

Working closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Commercial, and management

Supporting customer-related initiatives and turning feedback into actions

Helping with hiring, onboarding, and team development when needed

Improving and scaling operational processes across the organisation
Temporary additional scope (Head of Product)-
Take over a set of operational responsibilities during maternity leave regarding:

Coordinating internal support for customer implementations

Coordinating internal organization projects (for e.g. product / DevOps / Data science).

Technical skills

Experience in Operations Management, DevOps Operations, or similar roles

Experience with planning, capacity management, and delivery coordination

Degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar is a plus but not required
