Your new job | About your role
You will lead and grow logistics transformation engagements, with a focus on operational performance, operating models, and execution capability rather than purely system implementation.
Lead workstreams and take ownership in delivering logistics transformation engagements, often in environments where structure still needs to be defined and built. You are expected to bring direction, create clarity, and drive progress in situations where not everything is fully outlined

The Supply Chain & Operations (SC&O) team (~50 professionals) focuses on transforming end-to-end supply chains and operations. Within SC&O, the Logistics Transformation team is a growing capability, focused on:

Your skills and strengths | About your unique contribution
We are looking for someone who combines content strength with ownership and a build mindset:
MSc degree (WO) in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
6–8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or operations, with a strong focus on logistics, gained in consulting or in-house transformation / change environments (e.g. internal consulting, program roles, transformation teams)
Experience or strong affinity with digital logistics (e.g. TMS/WMS, visibility, data), with the ability to connect operational challenges to system and data solutions
