What to Expect
We are looking for a Project Manager and Operations Support Lead to join our Control Tower team. The Control Tower supports end-to-end parts distribution across the full logistics network - ensuring timely, accurate and cost-efficient delivery to service locations across EMEA.
You will own service-level development, drive SOP governance and translate operational data into clear management reporting that enables decision-making at all levels of the organization. You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can align cross-functional stakeholders and is not afraid to take ownership of complex, ambiguous challenges.
What You'll Do-
Act as the Control Tower's project manager: define priorities, track deliverables, and drive progress across service level, process, and reporting workstreams
-
Own and manage service level agreements (SLAs) across logistics flows
-
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all Control Tower-managed flows, ensuring alignment across teams and a structured cut-over approach when processes change
-
Lead carrier governance: drive adherence to agreed SOPs, facilitate business reviews, manage escalation paths, and hold partners accountable to contracted performance
-
Build and maintain management reporting — from operational KPI dashboards to executive-level summaries — providing context, root-cause analysis, and trend visibility across OTIF and other key metrics
-
Conduct gap analyses on service level performance, identify root causes, and lead structured improvement initiatives in collaboration with logistics, procurement, and business stakeholders
-
Contribute to procurement and carrier roadmap in collaboration with the Network team, including renewal timelines, rate availability, and onboarding milestones
-
Serve as an escalation point for business stakeholders; organize and run structured review meetings at operational and management level
-
Identify and drive automation and data completeness improvements to support integration health and dashboard reliability across the Control Tower
-
Support ad-hoc projects within the broader logistics and supply chain department
What You'll Bring-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
-
At least 4–6 years of experience in logistics operations, supply chain management, or a project management role with strong operational exposure
-
Demonstrated ability to manage SLAs, SOP development, and carrier performance in a multi-stakeholder logistics environment
-
Knowledge or experience with road, ocean, and air transport regulations and standards, including ADR, UN codes, IATA, IMO; holding existing certifications is a plus (e.g., IATA DGR or IMDG training)
-
Strong project management skills — able to structure workstreams, track progress, manage competing priorities, and communicate status clearly across levels
-
Experience building management reports and KPI frameworks; ability to turn raw operational data into business insights and actionable narratives
-
Excellent analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
-
Strong communicator and relationship builder — comfortable presenting to senior management and engaging with operational teams, carriers, and cross-functional partners
-
Ability to work across cultural contexts in an international, fast-moving environment
-
Fluent English (C1 or above); additional European languages are a plus
-
Experience in the automotive, energy, or high-growth technology sector is advantageous
