Founded in 2016, we bring together the most creative minds (approx. 450 employees) in science and technology and develop a one-of-a-kind, revolutionary high throughput Scanning Probe Microscopy system.

We are seeking an exceptionally experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to our CEO, Hamed Sadeghian. This is a highly confidential, mission-critical position requiring someone with a proven track record of supporting top-tier corporate leaders at a high level of competence and discretion.

You will work closely with our current Personal Assistant, together coordinating and empowering Hamed in his day-to-day work. As a team, you will create the focus, structure, and stability that allow him to operate at his best — anticipating needs, protecting his time, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

This role enables focused decision-making and strategic vision at the top of the company by managing all aspects of CEO-level administration with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support exclusively to CEO Hamed Sadeghian
Work alongside our current PA, to jointly coordinate and support Hamed, creating focus, structure, and stability in his daily work
Manage Hamed's complex, high-priority calendar, balancing competing demands and maintaining strict confidentiality
Coordinate and prepare for board meetings, investor presentations, and strategic briefings on his behalf
Handle sensitive correspondence, manage incoming communications, and filter information strategically to optimize his workflow
Prepare comprehensive meeting agendas, strategic presentation materials, and detailed minutes
Manage all aspects of business travel arrangements, including complex international logistics tailored to his schedule
Process and reconcile expenses with meticulous attention to detail and alignment with corporate policy
Maintain confidential databases, strategic project information, and sensitive documentation
Liaise with board members, investors, government officials, and other high-level external stakeholders on his behalf
Exercise independent judgment on urgent matters and represent the CEO with absolute discretion and professionalism

Job requirements

Minimum 20 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, or Management Assistant
Demonstrated experience directly supporting C-suite executives and senior leadership
Exceptional expertise in complex multi-executive calendar management and strategic scheduling
Demonstrated capability to work independently and manage competing priorities across the executive suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Absolute discretion and commitment to confidentiality with Top Secret equivalent capability
Outstanding organizational and project management capabilities
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, presentation software, and modern business tools
Valid driver's license and willingness to drive as required for executive support
