Salary ranging from €2400 to €2600 per month, excl.
Tips around €500 monthly (based on a full-time contract).
Travel allowance of up to €250 per month.

What will you be doing?

As an independent chef, you will creatively present the most exquisite shellfish and seafood dishes. You'll expertly fillet, prepare perfectly cooked fish, and assist with preparations (mise en place). During service, you'll run your section, a task you excel at due to your sharp focus and concentration. After service, you'll help with kitchen cleanup to ensure you and your colleagues start the next day with a fresh slate. You'll work within an enthusiastic team that strives for a unique guest experience every day, emphasising fresh and high-quality food.

Who are you?

You have a minimum of 1 year of experience.
You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week.
You are willing to work on weekdays and weekends.
You are fluent in Dutch.
You are familiar with hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP).
You have a passion for seafood; knowledge of it is a plus.
