Nalco has an opening for an IT Operations Analyst to join our Leiden Office, with the Netherlands team. The primary focus of this role is on the International Digital Equipment Support which provides technical support to all International (APAC + India + MEA + EU) field and technical reps on Nalco Water technology.
What You Will Do:

Provide first line contact for troubleshooting problems with 3D TRASAR and Nalco Water & Ecolab proprietary equipment.

Diagnosis and troubleshooting issues and problems on Ecolab Food & Beverage proprietary equipment.
- Provide live phone support to field representatives on standard equipment and e-catalogue products referencing specifications, product literature, and pricing.

Communicate and provide customers with equipment pricing, warranty, and equipment parts utilizing SAP program
- Track phone calls and emailed support tickets using ticket tracking system

Provide technical guidance to product marketers, R&D, and commercialization teams in assigned technology areas.

Support team vision, goals, and metrics
What you will need:
-
Minimum 2 – 5 years of technical experience.
-
Preferred bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline or related technical field.
-
Experience with Gateways and Connectivity of automated systems.
-
Demonstrated customer service skills with a ability to interface positively and professionally with a customer.
-
Troubleshooting experience in electrical or mechanical systems.
-
Basic understanding of PLC knowledge.
-
Working knowledge of ServiceNow and NICE inContact call centre tools.

Working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, wastewater treatment systems, etc.

Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.

Ability to analyse data.

Language spoken: English is a must and, both German and French are a plus (French – 1st preference | German – 2nd preference).
