As an AI Solutions Engineer, you play a key role in accelerating AI adoption within Verder. You turn business needs into practical AI and data driven solutions that directly improve how we work and make decisions across the organization.
Based at our headquarters in Vleuten, you will join a small, international team, working closely with a manager and data analyst operating from Brussels. As the first AI focused specialist in the team, you are not stepping into something established. You are helping build it. You define how AI, data and automation are applied across Verder and make that impact visible.
In this role, you go beyond contributing. You drive change. You combine a hands-on mindset with a strong understanding of business processes, allowing you to turn real challenges into scalable AI solutions and measurable results. You will start with a strong focus on sales processes and analytics, and from there expand your scope as AI becomes a bigger part of our organization.

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data, AI, Business or similar
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT / Data / BI
- At least 3 years of hands-on AI experience
- Experience with project management
- Strong understanding of business processes and operations
- Experience in international environments
- Fluent in English
- Identify opportunities to apply AI within business processes
- Translate operational challenges into scalable AI solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders across sales, operations and IT
- Drive and support implementation of AI use cases
- Manage projects from idea to execution
- Collaborate in an international, cross-functional environment
- Continuously improve processes through data and technology
