Our warehouses play a critical role in delivering on our customer promise, processing thousands of orders daily across Europe. As we continue to grow and invest in warehouse operations, we are strengthening our Product Organisation within Supply Chain.
To support this growth and accelerate delivery, we are expanding our Product Ownership capacity. In this role, you will focus on enhancing WMS capabilities to support key warehouse initiatives and drive operational excellence across our network while other Product Owner will focus on the ERP transformation and its impact on warehouse operations.
Key initiatives include a new warehouse in Denmark, a major expansion and automation program in Varsseveld (Gelderland), and continuous improvements aimed at increasing capacity, quality, and cost efficiency across our existing warehouses.
Your Role
As Product Owner Warehousing, you are responsible for the WMS product supporting warehouse operations across Europe. You translate business needs into a clear roadmap and ensure the right capabilities are delivered at the right time, maximizing value and operational impact.
Working closely with Operations, Engineering, IT, and Business Analysts, you align stakeholders, manage expectations, and balance competing priorities across multiple initiatives such as warehouse expansions, automation, and continuous improvement.
Your focus is to drive efficiency by enabling increased capacity, improved quality, and cost optimization, while ensuring delivery teams stay focused on the initiatives that create the most business value in an environment where multiple strategic initiatives run in parallel, all competing for attention and delivery capacity.
Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management, expectation management and the ability to align diverse groups around a common roadmap.
Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for the warehousing domain
Maximize the business value delivered by the WMS product
Prioritize initiatives and make trade-off decisions based on business impact
Align stakeholders and manage expectations across the organization
Ensure successful delivery of capabilities that support Kramp’s warehouse strategy
Who are you?
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, IT or a related field
4–7+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis or Supply Chain Digitalization
Experience with warehouse operations and logistics processes
Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Experience managing stakeholders in complex operational environments
Experience balancing competing priorities and making trade-off decisions
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum ways of working
Please note that this role requires being present at our HQ in Varsseveld (Gelderland) for 2 days per week.
