As the Distrigo Commercial Operations Manager, you’re a member of the Parts & Services department of Stellantis Nederland B.V. Your mission consists of ensuring the achievement of commercial targets (volume, mix, market share, profitability), optimizing both sell-in and sell-out actions through the Stellantis official channels of Distrigo hubs, market, relays, authorized repairers, and independent aftermarket. Within this position, you will report to the Parts & Services Director. The role is located in the Amsterdam office and offering a hybrid working environment (minimum 2 days at the office, 3 days home office). Your contribution : • Acting as the principal reference in the NSC for all sell-in activities and sell-out performance. • Ownership of Net Sales and GCR Growth at the NSC level within the Parts & Services department. • Delivering commercial growth, expanding market coverage and increasing parts penetration through the Distrigo network. • Planning, executing and measuring central projects within the Distrigo network. • Identifying and creating recovery plans for low performing channels and products. • Ensuring Distrigo Hubs performance by monitoring KPIs such as delivery times, stock levels, transport costs, and service rates; implementing improvements based on data analysis. • Leading and training warehouse and distribution teams, ensuring productivity and performance through the NSC Distrigo field force. • Conducting market analysis on the Independent Aftermarket channel and developing a market strategy through the IAM Manager.
