To strengthen our OEM and industry collaboration, we are looking for a Category Buyer OE Partnerships.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic supplier partnerships within the Forest & Grass care segment. You combine strong procurement expertise with market knowledge and relationship management skills, ensuring competitive assortments, strong supplier performance, and long-term category growth.
You work closely with Category Management, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing teams to translate supplier strategies into customer value and sustainable business results.
Your role
You are responsible for building and strengthening strategic OEM and supplier partnerships within the Forest & Grass care ecosystem.
You develop long-term relationships with key decision makers and translate market opportunities into strong supplier agreements, competitive purchasing conditions, and category development initiatives. You identify opportunities to strengthen assortment depth, improve availability, and increase Kramp’s competitiveness within the market.
This is a senior externally facing role where you represent Kramp towards OEMs, manufacturers and industry partners, while internally acting as a strategic partner for category and commercial teams.
Key responsibilities
Supplier & category development
Identify, approach and onboard new OEM and industry partners that strengthen the Forest & Grass care assortment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders such as procurement leaders, product managers, sales directors and business owners.
Develop and execute category and supplier strategies aligned with market trends and customer needs.
Expand and leverage your network within the forest and grass care ecosystem.
Procurement & business management
Negotiate supplier agreements and secure competitive purchasing conditions, pricing structures and supply arrangements.
Take ownership of procurement performance within your supplier portfolio, including supplier KPIs, availability, delivery performance and margin optimization.
Create joint business plans with strategic suppliers, including growth initiatives, assortment development and operational improvements.
Identify opportunities to improve assortment competitiveness, supplier collaboration and overall category performance.

You are confident engaging with senior stakeholders and technical experts alike, while maintaining a pragmatic and collaborative approach.
You also bring:
8+ years of experience in procurement, category management, strategic sourcing or supplier management
Proven experience in negotiating supplier agreements and developing strategic partnerships
Experience within a technical environment or closely related industries (preferably forestry, grass care or garden machinery)
Strong commercial awareness combined with a solid procurement mindset
Experience managing supplier performance, purchasing conditions and category KPIs
Strong stakeholder management skills
A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and develop new opportunities
