Your work

As Marketing Specialist (AI-Driven), you support the team in developing and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen IQIP's global position. You join a dynamic team working on campaigns, content creation, events and product launches for cutting-edge offshore and onshore equipment. Our equipment makes impact, real impact, so there is a story to tell, and we need you to get it out into the world.

With your marketing experience, you are ready to take ownership of your own projects while collaborating closely with colleagues across sales, engineering and product management. Marketing at IQIP is positioned as demand generation and brand identity, not direct lead generation. Understanding our technology and translating complex technical solutions into engaging content is what makes this role unique.

The use of Artificial Intelligence is a mandatory part of this role. We expect you to use AI as a natural extension of your work to create content, improve workflows, accelerate research, optimize campaigns and increase productivity, while always applying your own critical thinking and creativity. And use the organization for factchecking.

As part of the recruitment process, candidates will complete a practical AI assessment. You will receive a marketing assignment and demonstrate how you use AI tools to approach the challenge, explain your methodology, and present the final result. This assessment is a mandatory part of the selection process.

Your responsibilities

Create digital campaigns and produce engaging content for social media channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

Develop marketing materials including brochures, presentations, visuals, animations and website content.

Use AI tools to create, optimize and repurpose marketing content and improve campaign performance.

Coordinate internal and external communication activities.

Prepare events, photoshoots, exhibitions and customer visits.

Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

Maintain content planning, documentation and marketing asset libraries.

Monitor campaign performance and use insights to continuously improve results.

Work closely with colleagues across departments and international regions.

Your Profile

A completed Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Media or a related field.

2 to 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B or technical environment.

Experience with digital marketing, content creation and campaign management.

Creative, proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong English writing skills and attention to detail.

Affinity with technology, engineering or sustainability is a plus.

Confident use of the latest AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini or similar solutions to support your daily work. This is not optional, but an essential requirement because you want to be at the forefront of your profession.

Able to demonstrate practical AI skills during the recruitment assessment.
