The Security Culture Program at ASML helps strengthen awareness, decision-making, and positive behaviors across a global organization. Within this program, the Behavioral Insights Workstream uses data to better understand behavioral outcomes and support continuous improvement initiatives. As a intern, you will help transform data from multiple sources into actionable insights that support measurement, learning, and future program development. You will work with real business data, identify meaningful patterns, and help improve how behavioral insights are communicated across the organization. This internship offers the opportunity to combine analytics, behavioral understanding, and business impact in an international environment.
During this internship, you will contribute to behavioral measurement and analytics activities that help improve understanding of organizational behavior. You will support the preparation, analysis, visualization, and interpretation of data while helping develop meaningful insights for stakeholders. You will also explore opportunities to enhance current measurement approaches and reporting practices.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Prepare, clean, and structure datasets from multiple behavioral data sources
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities
Combine and analyze datasets to generate richer behavioral insights
Develop insight summaries and support data-driven recommendations
Explore innovative measurement approaches, indicators, and analytical methods
Create and improve dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate findings effectively
Support stakeholder presentations and insight communication activities
This is a bachelor or master (non-thesis) internship for minimum 6 months, possible to extend to 12 months in total. Minimum 4 days per week (hybrid). The start date of this internship is as of September/October.
To be suitable for the internship, you:
Are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
Have a strong interest in data-driven decision-making and behavioral insights
Are analytical and able to identify trends, patterns, and meaningful conclusions from data
Are proactive and take ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables
Are collaborative and comfortable working with different stakeholders
Have experience with data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools
This internship is ideal if you want to gain practical experience in analytics while contributing to meaningful business initiatives. You will learn how data supports decision-making in a complex technology environment and how behavioral insights can drive continuous improvement. Through this internship, you will develop analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills while working alongside experienced professionals. The internship offers valuable exposure to the intersection of data analytics, behavioral science, and business performance at ASML.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
