What to Expect
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Technician to oversee the assembly of V4 Pre-assembled Supercharger Units at our facility in Tilburg. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in electrical systems with leadership skills to ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient production processes. This role requires a hands-on person who drives continuous improvement while mentoring the team.
What You'll Do-
Lead and coordinate the assembly of V4 Supercharger Units, including:

Placing the V4 Supercharger cabinet and V4 charge posts on the PSU frame

Installing and connecting cables, ensuring proper electrical integration

Perform electrical installations, testing, and troubleshooting in accordance with NEN 1010, NEN 3140, and VCA regulations

Conduct quality checks and documentation to meet internal and external compliance requirements

Mentor and train junior technicians on assembly procedures, safety protocols, and best practices

Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve technical challenges

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in alignment with company policies
What You'll Bring-
Qualified Electrician with proven experience in industrial or automotive electrical systems

NEN 1010 certification (mandatory)

NEN 3140 certificate (current or actively pursuing)

VCA certificate (current or actively pursuing)

Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical schematics, wiring, and safety standards

Good computer and software tool skills, for admin purposes but also to setup and operate testers

Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a continuous improvement mindset

Leadership experience in a technical or manufacturing environment, with the ability to lead by example while performing hands-on installation work

Team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure

Valid drivers license
