What to Expect
We are seeking a skilled Technician to support the assembly and quality assurance of V4 Pre-assembled Supercharger Units at our facility in Tilburg. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in electrical systems, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. This role involves hands-on assembly, testing, and documentation, with opportunities to assist in team coordination under the guidance of the Lead Technician.
What You'll Do-
Assist in the assembly of V4 Supercharger Units, including:

Placing the V4 Supercharger cabinet and V4 charge posts on the PSU frame

Installing and connecting cables, ensuring proper electrical integration

Perform electrical installations, testing, and troubleshooting in accordance with NEN 1010, NEN 3140, and VCA regulations

Conduct quality checks and documentation to meet internal and external compliance requirements

Support junior technicians by sharing knowledge and assisting in training on assembly procedures and safety protocols

Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to address technical challenges

Help identify minor inefficiencies and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in alignment with company policies

Qualified Electrician with experience in industrial or automotive electrical systems

NEN 1010 certification (mandatory)

NEN 3140 certificate (current or actively pursuing)

VCA certificate (current or actively pursuing)

Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical schematics, wiring, and safety standards

Basic computer and software skills for administrative tasks and tester setup

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Experience working in a technical or manufacturing environment

Team player with the ability to follow procedures and work under supervision

Valid driver’s license
