As a Customer Success Consultant at 12Build, you roll up your sleeves for the execution and functional adoption of our platform. While you don't carry the primary sales quota, you bring a sharp commercial mindset to seamlessly implement our software, train project teams, calculators, and buyers at major main contractors, and ensure they understand the platform inside out. A challenging role where you can fully leverage both your educational skills and process-driven expertise!
What will you do?
- Onboarding & Implementation: You design and guide tailored online and on-site onboarding journeys, mapping out the path for new customers to get off to a flying start.

Training & Knowledge Sessions: You deliver targeted, interactive training sessions and webinars on complex product features, such as smart document management, advanced Marketplace searches, and structuring procurement phases.

Business Reviews & Evaluations: You conduct annual Business Reviews and deep-dive evaluations, diving into workflows to ensure our software still perfectly aligns with the main contractor's daily operations.

Process Optimization: Acting as a trusted advisor, you help customers uniformly and efficiently secure their tender and procurement phases (from calculation to execution) within our platform.

Experience as an Expert: You have gained solid experience as a Consultant, Trainer, Implementation Specialist, or Product Specialist within the SaaS industry.

Strong Educational Skills: Engaging groups and explaining complex topics clearly? That is exactly what gives you energy.

Analytical & Process-Driven: You quickly grasp the complex business processes of major main contractors. You think in terms of structures and workflows, rather than just software buttons.

Language Professional: You have a flawless command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

What do we offer you?

A starting salary between €4,600 and €5,200, based on a senior job level.

The option to work both at home and at the office. You will receive a home working allowance for the days you work from home (€75 net per month if you work from home full-time).
