What to Expect

As the Product Manager for Ecommerce, Vehicle Subscriptions and Upgrades, you’ll own the end-to-end experience that enables customers to discover, purchase, manage, and benefit from both physical accessories and products that represent Tesla as well as software features and service plans throughout the life of their vehicle. You’ll expand and optimize Tesla’s portfolio of upgradeable offerings—creating intuitive, high-value experiences that enhance customer satisfaction, deepen engagement, and drive long-term revenue growth. You’ll partner across web, mobile app, in-vehicle UX, vehicle software, service, and commerce systems to deliver seamless upgrade paths that feel fully integrated to the Tesla ownership journey. You’ll leverage data, experimentation, and strong product instincts to launch new offerings quickly while continuously refining existing workflows for simplicity, speed, and conversion.

Please be aware this role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

What You'll Do

Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ecommerce, subscriptions and upgrades across global markets
Identify and develop new opportunities that enhance ownership value and contribute to sustainable revenue growth
Design frictionless discovery, purchase, and management flows that make it easy for customers to adopt and manage offerings throughout their ownership lifecycle
Partner with engineering, design, data science, vehicle software, and operations teams to deliver high-quality experiences that integrate seamlessly across the Tesla ecosystem
Leverage AI to improve your own efficiency, execute roadmaps, monitor results, implement prototypes and deliver faster
Use data, customer insights, and experimentation to measure impact and optimize conversion, retention, and engagement
Write clear product requirements, prioritize effectively, and lead cross-functional execution on aggressive timelines
Champion customer value and long-term loyalty, ensuring every offering strengthens the ownership experience

What You'll Bring

Several years of product management experience, ideally in subscriptions, commerce, or automotive technology
Strong background in consumer experience design with proven success driving engagement, adoption, and retention
Experience working with cross-functional engineering and operations teams to ship software at scale and iterate rapidly
Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills and a bias toward experimentation and measurable outcomes
Proven ability to balance business goals with customer value and user-centered design
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across diverse global teams
A customer-obsessed, entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
