Make an impact with technology as a VMS Consultant at HeadFirst Group

Are you technically curious and eager to understand how systems, processes, and users come together? Do you thrive on solving problems, guiding client implementations, and optimizing processes? If so, this is your chance to make an impact in the world of temporary staffing and workforce technology as a VMS Consultant at HeadFirst Group.

In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of technology, consulting, and service delivery. You’ll help organizations make the most of Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and support clients with everything involved—from implementation and system setup to support and optimization. No two days are the same. You’ll constantly switch between clients, systems, analyses, and opportunities for improvement, and you’ll have the freedom to develop your skills both technically and substantively.

Your impact at HeadFirst Group
As a VMS Consultant, you ensure that clients can make the most of our VMS solutions. You are involved from the implementation phase and continue to actively contribute ideas on how processes can be designed to be smarter, more efficient, and more user-friendly.

You will assist users with technical and functional issues, guide new client environments, and actively contribute ideas for improving existing processes. In doing so, you will work closely with colleagues from various disciplines, including operations, BI, and customer success.

Thanks to your analytical mindset and structured approach, you’re able to quickly get to the heart of an issue. You enjoy truly understanding systems, love diving into the details, and get a thrill out of solving complex challenges. At the same time, you’re a strong communicator and know how to clearly explain technical information to clients and colleagues.

What will you do?

Providing first-, second-, and third-level support to customers within agreed SLAs;
Supporting the implementation of new customer environments from configuration through to go-live;
Setting up, testing, and optimizing VMS systems and workflows;
Supporting and training end users in the use of systems;
Analyzing customer inquiries and translating them into appropriate solutions;
Identifying opportunities for improvement within systems and processes;
Developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge articles;
Collaborating with internal teams such as BI, operations, and customer success;
Contributing ideas on dashboards, reports, and process optimizations;
Monitoring quality, progress, and customer satisfaction in ongoing projects.

Here's what we offer you

Salary that matches your experience
You will receive a salary range that matches your knowledge and experience. We reward you fairly for your commitment and development.

Vacation pay and days off
You will receive 8.33% vacation pay and are entitled to 27 vacation days per year based on full-time employment. This gives you plenty of time to recharge your batteries.

Hybrid working
We support hybrid working and apply a 60/40 split, whereby full-time employees spend three days at the office and two days working from home.

Premium-freepension
We pay your entire pension premium. This means you accrue pension without having to contribute to it yourself. As a result, you are left with a higher net salary.

Performancebonus
Depending on your performance and that of HeadFirst Group, you may receive an annual bonus of one or two months' salary.

Monthly extras
You will receive a monthly allowance for internet, a vitality budget, a contribution towards lunch, and support in setting up your home office.

What we expect from you

You are analytical, eager to learn, and thrive on solving technical and process-related challenges. You work with precision, switch easily between different tasks, and enjoy helping customers.

In addition, you will bring the following:

HBO working and thinking level;
0 to 4 years of relevant work experience in support, implementation, application management, or consulting;
An affinity for software, systems, and process optimization;
Strong communication skills in Dutch (minimum B2 level) and English;
Analytical skills and a structured approach to work;
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
A proactive attitude and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction;
Experience with VMS, MSP, or workforce management systems such as Nétive, SAP Fieldglass, or Beeline is a plus;
Resident of the Netherlands, hybrid role (relocation not possible).
