To strengthen our Program Management team, we are looking for a Senior Program Manager. In this role, you will lead complex new product development (NPD) projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy, commitments, and goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.
You will manage the project portfolio for Maxi-Cosi car seats, overseeing the planning and execution of product development projects for premium juvenile products. These products combine safety, functionality, and aesthetics at the highest level.
You ensure projects are delivered on time, within specifications, and within budget. While project scope may vary, your primary focus will be on innovation-driven initiatives.
- Manage the project portfolio in line with brand and company priorities
- Structure complex strategic projects and develop associated plans and documentation
- Define roles and responsibilities to maximize team effectiveness
- Maintain a strong “helicopter view” across projects and stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional project teams and monitor timelines, milestones, budgets, and processes
- Drive project profitability and overall business impact
- Ensure the effective use of project management tools and methodologies
- Consolidate project reporting and communicate key updates to stakeholders
- Provide clear scenarios and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Lead continuous improvement of project management practices
- Coordinate the definition of new initiatives to improve profitability within NPD for the car seat category
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience managing NPD projects, ideally in an international consumer goods environment
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies and tools
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
- Strong ability to maintain oversight and align diverse teams toward common goals
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Solid technical understanding (engineering knowledge is a plus)
- Strong presentation, influencing, and written communication skills
- Fluent in English
Preferred:
- Experience with remote team management
- Familiarity with Asian markets and cultures
- Knowledge or experience in Agile project management
What we offer
- A salary up to €5.500 gross per month, based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow.
- You will first receive an annual contract with a probation time of one month.
- You are eligible for a 13th month and holiday allowance every year.
- The annual leave entitlements consist of 28 vacation days in the case of full-time employment.
- The possibility to work up to 2 days per week from home.
- Extensive retirement plan.
