Position Overview
We are seeking a Podcast Coordinator to oversee and manage daily podcast production and operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, media knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between hosts, guests, and technical teams. The Podcast Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Digitalhealth-Africa BV’s reputation for excellence in health-focused digital content.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate podcast production including scheduling, documentation, and operational support.
- Liaise with hosts, guests, and external partners to ensure effective communication.
- Maintain records of episodes, scripts, and compliance documentation.
- Support audio editing and post-production processes.
- Prepare performance reports and monitor audience engagement KPIs.
- Assist in organizing promotional campaigns and digital marketing activities.
- Ensure compliance with Netherlands’ media regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in podcast coordination or media production.
- Strong knowledge of podcast processes, digital marketing, and audience engagement.
- Excellent communication skills, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and podcast management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
