About myTomorrows
myTomorrows is a global health tech company dedicated to breaking down barriers for patients seeking treatment options.
We strive to enable earlier and better treatment access by bridging the gap between those searching for possible options, and the companies who develop them. We work closely with patients, healthcare professionals, trial sites, patient advocacy groups, and BioPharma – connecting key stakeholders in the drug development ecosystem.
We’ve developed a cutting-edge AI-powered technology platform that simplifies and streamlines access to drugs in development. To support our users and clients, we have a range of industry-expert specialized teams ready to help. Our services include clinical trial patient recruitment, Expanded Access Program management and Real-World Data collection.
With a global footprint spanning 134 countries, to date we’ve supported over 17,000 patients, 3,000 physicians and 350 sites, earning the trust of 60+ BioPharma companies. In October 2025, we closed a €25M investment with Avego Healthcare Capital to fuel our global ambitions and scale the business.
Join us in shaping the future of treatment access - making tomorrow’s therapies accessible for people who need them today.
Every day, patients, physicians, and pharma companies navigate a fragmented, slow, and complex healthcare ecosystem to find pre-approval treatments. At myTomorrows, we are building the global infrastructure to solve this. Our mission is clear: to enable earlier and better access to all possible treatment options for patients who cannot afford to wait.
Operating across 134+ countries, we’ve supported over 18,000 patients and 3,000+ physicians. In October 2025, we closed a €25 million growth investment from Avego Healthcare Capital. This capital is our launchpad to turn our core platform into an intelligent access orchestration layer, deepening our AI capabilities, expanding global reach, and scaling our technology architecture.
As our Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO), based at our Amsterdam headquarters, you will be a central member of the leadership team and a close strategic partner to the CEO. You will not just oversee a department; you will lead myTomorrows through its next chapter of technological maturity, platform scaling, and product-driven value creation.
You will be the primary owner of our product strategy, driving what we build and why. In close collaboration with the CEO & commercial and operational leadership, you will further translate our mission into a clear product vision, grounded in market needs and competitive differentiation.
As CPTO, you will step into the trenches to tackle four defining challenges:
Driving market positioning & product strategy: You will be the primary owner of our product strategy, driving what we build and why. In collaboration with Commercial, Strategy, and the CEO you will further translate our mission into a clear product vision, grounded in market needs and competitive differentiation, to position us as the global infrastructure layer connecting all stakeholders in a highly regulated, fragmented global market.
Evolving from Tooling to an AI Layer: You will own our AI and data strategy. You will ensure machine learning, NLP, and LLMs are deeply embedded into patient identification, trial matching, and real-world data (RWD) workflows, turning manual operations into automated, defensible product advantages.
Building a Culture of Velocity: "Shipping fast and shipping well" is our non-negotiable standard. You will design a product operating model optimized for speed: short cycles, fast decisions, high deployment frequency (CI/CD), and the engineering discipline to cut scope rather than slip dates.
Architecting for Global Scale & Governance: You will scale a cloud-native platform that handles highly sensitive healthcare data globally. You'll mature our infrastructure (transitioning to Kubernetes and Terraform), while ensuring strict compliance with international frameworks like GDPR and US health data regulations.
Being a Commercial & Investor Partner: You will serve as a trusted product & technology representative, to our Supervisory Board, and BioPharma clients. You'll collaborate closely with commercial to ensure the product roadmaps allows for commercial success.
Experience & Technical Depth
Proven Executive Leadership: You have experience as a CPTO, CPO, or CTO (or a high-impact VP role) within a high-growth, ideally in HealthTech, life sciences, or SaaS-enabled services
AI & Data Product Maturation: You have hands-on experience scaling AI-powered products, embedding machine learning or NLP into production workflows, and working with complex data landscapes.
Engineering Credibility: You can speak the language of our stack. While you won’t be coding daily, you understand Python, FastAPI, AWS cloud-native setups and have an active interest in knowledge graphs (Neo4j/Memgraph) and modern database structures (SQL & NoSQL).
Regulated Sector Navigation: Exposure to compliance-intensive environments, healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR), and privacy frameworks is highly preferred.
Human-in-the-Loop Savviness: Experience building software that seamlessly connects digital automation with operational, human-led service workflows is a massive plus.
Leadership Style & Cultural Fit
You represent the company-wide strategy within Product and Engineering, and effectively cascade it into context understanding, clear priorities and a compelling narrative that drives alignment, buy-in, and sustained engagement. Further you are;
A Builder at Heart: You are visionary yet grounded. You are energized by creating and scaling, and you are comfortable reviewing architecture, writing a brief, or unblocking a team when needed.
Value-Led & User-Centric: You are deeply curious about user needs, willing to challenge internal assumptions, and measure success through outcome-based metrics.
Low Ego, High Accountability: You establish clear standards and empower teams to own their commitments. You proactively identify and remove roadblocks to keep momentum high, ensuring we continuously deliver value.
A strategic connector: You represent the company-wide strategy within Product and Engineering, and effectively cascade it into context understanding, clear priorities and a compelling narrative that drives alignment, buy-in, and sustained engagement.
Please note: This is a hybrid role, combining flexible home-office days with regular days at our Amsterdam headquarters. Because we value face-to-face collaboration during the week, we are looking for candidates who already live within commuting distance. Please keep in mind that we cannot provide fully remote options.
You will inherit a clean, cloud-native foundation with meaningful AI components already in development:
Backend: Python, FastAPI, deployed primarily as AWS Lambda functions (currently transitioning to Kubernetes-managed services).
Frontend: Angular web front-end.
Data Architecture: AWS RDS (SQL), AWS DynamoDB (NoSQL), and rapidly expanding capabilities in Knowledge Graphs (Neo4j / Memgraph).
AI/ML: In-house human-in-the-loop machine learning utilizing LLMs and NLP techniques for patient matching
Tooling: GitHub Actions, Terraform, Renovate, ruff, Poetry.
When you look back at your first year and a half, you will have successfully:
Delivered a high-impact and high-value product and technology roadmap aligned with our commercial targets and investor commitments.
Materially advanced our AI-driven features, showing clear improvements in automated trial matching and platform intelligence.
Raised deployment frequency and delivery predictability across product and engineering teams.
Advanced our architecture to seamlessly handle multi-language, multi-jurisdiction requirements for international expansion.
Further built an ironclad data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI governance framework ready for increasing regulatory scrutiny.
A Seat at the Table: Autonomy to define the technology future of a category-defining company with deep strategic relevance.
Stability + Speed: The financial backing of a leading fund paired with the agility, flat structure, and creativity of a global scale-up.
Comprehensive Executive Benefits: Competitive base salary, performance-driven annual bonus, and a substantial Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP).
Well-being & Development: Attractive pension plan (full premium covered by myTomorrows), a dedicated personal learning budget, and unlimited mental health support via OpenUp.
Our Amsterdam Culture: Healthy lunches at our thriving headquarters, a hybrid working model, policies supporting working parents, and legendary events hosted by our Culture Club (including our annual 'myTomorrowland' celebration).
