Role Overview:
The Project Manager at Bilendi The Netherlands is a dynamic and resilient professional, adept at navigating the fast-paced and demanding market research environment. This role requires technical expertise, exceptional client service, and a proactive approach to market research. You are responsible for the technical setup, sampling, general follow-up on the research surveys of the clients and client management. Data gathering, analyzing surveys and mapping results is what makes you thrive in your work. You have an analytical and systematic mindset. You find satisfaction in delivering excellent service and maximizing client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IT tasks within the market research tool – SPM, ensuring efficient and effective use of technology in research processes.
- Oversee the technical setup and sampling for market research projects, including regular follow-up on surveys and direct interaction with clients' Project Managers.
- You will be instrumental in managing technical aspects of market research, including implementing quotas, assisting with integrating links with client-side tools like Qualtrics, and understanding complex sampling schemes.
- You process the incoming data and make sure that the data complies with the required parameters.
- Handle costing and re-costing of offers to clients, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.
- Check and be able to advise to optimize online surveys for clients, meticulously tracking results to ensure data quality and client satisfaction.
- Provide comprehensive client support, acting as the crucial link between clients and our panel teams. You will manage client expectations and your ultimate goal is to deliver a excellent experience and maximize client satisfaction.
- Lead quality development and assurance initiatives, working collaboratively with the team to maintain the highest standards.
- Analyze client survey data, ensuring logical questionnaire flow and routing, and process incoming data to comply with required parameters.
- Diligently track and manage project deadlines, coordinating effectively with all parties involved.
- Drive innovation in sampling methodology, contributing to the company's thought leadership.
- Develop clear strategies for optimizing client relationships, focusing on delivering outstanding service and maximizing satisfaction.
- Train and guide clients in the effective use of the Bilendi Discuss web and WhatsApp platform, ensuring they can leverage these tools to their full potential.
- Adapt a qualitative discussion guide into a Bilendi Discuss script, demonstrating expertise in converting client requirements into actionable research tools.

- Preferably some initial experience in project management within a commercial environment, especially in market research.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Market Research, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the market research industry.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and capability to manage complex research methodologies.
- Flexibility and ability to manage a diverse range of projects simultaneously.
