As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will develop, implement, and manage digital marketing activities that promote HCME and its products and services. You will enhance brand awareness according to HCME guidelines / standards within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
You will:
Assume the role of brand guardian, ensure all marketing communication and collaterals are in line with Brand Guidelines.
Maintain agency relationships to ensure day-to-day production and site maintenance
Advisory role for Dealer Portal capability and for all web-related requirements
Be an expert of the product and market developments with respect to the competition
Administrator for Hubspot CRM
Implement HCME’s communication strategy/campaigns into all different digital communication tools and media
Create, develop and evaluate engaging content for multiple user audiences like Onsite and iGround Control
Create, develop and maintain HCME’s corporate website, including product pages, dealer network and about us to ensure smooth browsing experience
Ensure search engine optimization, improve the quality and quantity of website traffic to our corporate website from search engines with SEO and SEA
Develop, review and update the HCME dealer portal to meet project goals
Establish best practices and implement within HCME dealer network
Analyze needs and demands of all target groups of different digital/web communication tools
Domain administration
Establish protocols for web policies and maintain monitoring systems for key web functions
Research and identify new trends and developments within digital marketing
Establish and implement HCME’s social media strategy
Ensure the strategic and tactical use of social media to manage our key messaging, enhance our reputation and to respond quickly and decisively to counter any inaccurate or potentially damaging comments
Create, delight and attract our target audience with content for social media, by using different digital/web communication tools
Create and develop Pay Per Click advertising campaigns to generate traffic to corporate website and marketing qualified leads for our dealer network
Create and analyze web reports and key visitor metrics
Manage online marketing budget
Maintain and evaluate agency relationships, website development and security
Evaluate lead and traffic generation of corporate website and digital communication channels, research solutions to improve future efficiency
Key administrator of digital platforms like Google Analytics, Hubspot (CRM), Zetadisplay (internal broadcasting network), HCME Dealer Portal and administrator of Intranet/Sharepoint
Advocate HCME GDPR compliance
Responsible for publication of sales materials to promote Hitachi products in HCME-territory
Prepare budget requirements and manage expenditure to be within the budget for digital marketing efforts
Evaluate social media platforms and investigate new media possibilities to publish promotional information in the future
Evaluation of both current and new suppliers
Compensation built of a yearly gross salary between 50’000 euros and 75’000 euros (including holiday allowance and based on experience) + a guaranteed bonus (4%)
