About the Position
We’re seeking a proactive Client Success and Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll bring versatility, a solutions-oriented mindset, and strong interpersonal skills to help our clients thrive with DECIDE4ACTION software. Here’s how you’ll contribute:
Client Support & Relationship Management
- Manage and prioritize daily user queries and technical issues via our ticketing system.
- Report, analyze, and escalate issues to our QA or development teams as needed.
- Establish and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients.
- Oversee new user requests for access, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Identify and address technical challenges to find effective solutions.
- Coordinate Change Requests from initial quotation through invoicing with the Account Manager.
- Ensure all content updates to user guides are accurate and up to date.
- Support new project deployments, from installation to configuration, ensuring smooth setup and integration.
- Work closely with colleagues across France, Canada, and the USA to enhance customer satisfaction and continually improve our products.
Travel opportunities may arise to meet clients in Europe (Netherlands, France, Belgium).
Qualifications To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A desire to learn and grow.
- Proficiency or familiarity with SQL Databases (e.g., data navigation, updates).
- Foundational network skills (SSL certificates, Windows OS, firewall management).
- Knowledge of Windows architecture.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with SQL or Oracle databases.
- Proficiency in reporting tools such as Crystal Reports.
