Are you a 3rd or 4th year HBO student and looking to gain hands-on experience working on real-life applications within a professional development team? Then this is a great opportunity for you. Grow your skills during this graduation internship at Rabobank.
During this graduation internship at Rabobank, you work on your career by combining software development, data analysis and dashboarding. You explore data, build useful insights and help improve applications that support colleagues and entrepreneurs. And then? You will have stronger technical skills, more experience with stakeholders and a clearer view of your future as a developer.
You will spend most of your time working independently on your assignment for studies. You will also work with a multidisciplinary team and learn from experienced developers, a product owner and business analysts. You will be assigned a dedicated mentor during the internship, and together with the team you will do code reviews, pair programming and short iterations. This way you will gain hands-on experience.
- Explore and analyse data that is currently collected in the systems.
- Design and build a dashboard that gives users clear insights.
- Unlock and process data in the backend, with some frontend work where needed.

Within this internship, you will have the opportunity to get to know yourself, the field and Rabobank. You will work on a real assignment in a professional development team and quickly gain practical experience. You will be guided by experienced developers and you will have a dedicated buddy or mentor.
Together with others, there is room for curiosity, initiative and learning by doing. You will join code reviews, work in short iterations and use pair programming when that helps you move forward.

You are in your 3rd or 4th year of an HBO degree- You have basic programming knowledge (frontend and/or backend)
- You are interested in backend development and possibly frontend
- You are able to work independently and take initiative
- You are comfortable reaching out to colleagues and asking questions
- You enjoy both analysing and building solutions
