About the Internship
Are you passionate about solving tech issues and helping people with digital tools?
Join us as an IT Support Intern, where you'll support our team by helping maintain and
troubleshoot the company’s hardware, software, and systems. You’ll gain practical experience
in a fast-paced, international tech-driven environment and learn how real IT support operates
inside a growing company.
What You Will Learn
- How to handle day-to-day IT support tickets and technical queries
- How to set up, configure, and maintain hardware and software
- How to support employee onboarding (email setups, system logins, etc.)
- How to troubleshoot common issues in Windows, Office 365, VPN, and cloud tools
- How to assist with IT documentation and asset inventory
- How to work within an IT ticketing system and escalate complex issues
- How to support remote teams with IT problems across locations
- How to apply best practices in data security and backup
- How to communicate with non-technical users in a professional and helpful way
- How to collaborate with developers and external IT vendors when needed
