About The Role
We are looking for a talented Sr e-Commerce Trading Manager to join the fastest growing e-Commerce market in Dyson Central and Eastern Europe (8 DTC Websites). You will be tasked with supporting the Head of ecommerce to deliver the direct trading website’s trading plan and support in growing revenue streams in the Dyson CEED D2C business. As our Senior E‑Commerce Trading Manager you will own end-to-end trading performance across our e-commerce channels, driving SKU-level planning, forecasting, and execution to deliver against ambitious commercial targets while leading a high-performing team.
This role is pivotal to supporting Dyson.com ambition within the CEE business, so you must be a clear and effective co-ordinator, project manager and a team player. Working with a cross functional team in CEE, the Netherlands (EMEA hub), and with UK based Group (Global) functions, your performance will be based on delivering against our local e-Commerce trading strategy, including our channel performance, trading calendar, sales forecast and overall D2C experience.
You Will

Own the end-to-end eCommerce P&L equation—sessions, conversion, AOV, and revenue—translating product and media strategy aligned with trading moments into commercial results
- Act as the nerve centre of trading performance, spotting risks and opportunities ahead of the curve and orchestrating cross-functional response across pricing, promotions, range and media

Define the commercial strategy for the 8-DTC website, plan and execute effective promotional x product mix strategy capitalizing on key commercial trading moments to maximize revenue and margin
- Shape demand and drive commercial strategy through SKU-level forecasting and sales planning, ensuring tight alignment between inventory strategy, market dynamics, and business objectives
- Be a key architect of Integrated Business Planning (IBP), shaping forecast accuracy, surfacing risks and opportunities that inform senior commercial decision-making
- Spearhead the growth of converting channels - Performance Marketing, CRM, and Affiliates define channel level targets, align internal teams and agency partners and manage spends to maximise channel ROI while reducing CPA

Partner cross-functionally with Categories, Finance, Media, PR, and Supply Chain to align on product/range strategy, marketing/media plans, commercial targets, and demand planning
- Build and lead a high-performing trading team, elevating capability across analytics, trading execution, and channel strategy to raise the bar on commercial excellence
About you
At least 8 years’ experience in e-commerce, trading, or commercial planning roles
Strong understanding of the e-commerce funnel, including sessions, conversion rate, and AOV, and how media drives performance
Experience managing Performance Marketing, CRM, and Affiliate channels
Strong commercial judgement with expertise in pricing and promotional strategy
Highly data-driven, with advanced analytical capability (e.g. Excel, Power BI)
Experience working within IBP or similar planning frameworks
Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
Strong stakeholder management across marketing, finance, and supply chain
