To accelerate our growth in the German market, we are looking for an ambitious Account Executive & Sales Germany who can turn commercial opportunities into long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
Your Role
As Account Executive & Sales Germany, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships and expanding existing accounts within the German market. You will serve as the primary point of contact for both prospective and existing partners, playing a key role in the continued growth of bwareshop.de.
You combine strong commercial instincts with relationship-building skills and know how to identify and convert opportunities into results.
What You Will Do
- Proactively identify, approach, and acquire new suppliers, retailers, and B2B partners across Germany;
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners;
- Identify commercial opportunities and new market potential;
- Lead negotiations regarding partnerships, pricing, and contract terms;
- Support and guide new partners through the onboarding process;
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations teams to achieve commercial objectives;
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs;
- Take ownership of revenue growth and customer satisfaction within your market.
What You Bring
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development;
- Excellent command of the German language (native or near-native level);
- Strong English communication skills; Dutch is considered a plus;
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, SaaS, or a similar commercial environment;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills;
- A proactive, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset;
- Commercial awareness and the ability to spot new opportunities;
- Passion for sustainability and circular business models is a strong advantage.
