INVISTA is looking for a Maintenance Planner who will be responsible for the technical and organisational preparation of maintenance activities, inspections and modifications within the plant. This primarily involves corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance and inspections.
The objective of the department is to maintain, repair and modify assets and installations, as well as carry out modifications. Your main focus will be on electrical and instrumentation (E&I), but your role is site-wide: where needed, you will also take on mechanical and multidisciplinary scopes. You will be part of the Maintenance department and report to the Maintenance Manager.
With around 70 employees, our Bo tlek site is relatively small. Everyone knows each other, communication lines are short and you quickly become part of the team. At the same time, you are part of an international organisation, giving you access to a large network with extensive knowledge and expertise.
What does your day look like?
As a Maintenance Planner /Scheduler , you are the link between the work requester, execution in the field and any contractors. You turn a work request into a complete, safely executable and well-planned job: a clear work description, the right technical specifications, up-to-date drawings, the required materials available on site on time and permit applications prepared in good time.
You work closely with the E&I and Mechanical Technicians, Reliability, Operations and Procurement teams. You are responsible for properly monitoring progress and providing feedback to the internal customer. You communicate proactively about progress, bottlenecks, budget overruns and results. In addition to day-to-day maintenance, you make an important contribution to the preparation of turnarounds and projects.
Your responsibilities

Technically preparing work orders: creating work descriptions, work packages, technical specifications, required drawings and documentation.
- Determining and requesting the required materials, parts, tools, equipment and manpower, and monitoring delivery times.
- Requesting and assessing quotations from contractors and suppliers, and working with Procurement to ensure timely order placement.
- Maintaining planning and maintenance data in SAP: orders, task lists, material lists, bills of materials and preventive maintenance plans.
- Preparing and applying for work permits in good time.
- Assessing the workplace and work activities in advance so that the work can be carried out safely and right first time.
- Contributing to the preparation of turnarounds and projects: scope development, work packages, materials and contractor coordination.
What we ask for

A qualification at a minimum of MBO level 4 in Electrical Engineering, Measurement and Control Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a maintenance planner or in a comparable maintenance role within the petrochemical industry or a similar process industry.
- Good knowledge of SAP is desirable.
- Knowledge of the work permit process, task risk analyses and relevant legislation and regulations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage different disciplines and contractors.
- Able to work independently, in a structured and results-oriented way, and to implement improvements.

Introductie
INVISTA is op zoek naar een Werkvoorbereider die verantwoordelijk is voor het technisch en organisatorisch voorbereiden van onderhoudswerkzaamheden, inspecties en modificaties in de fabriek. Het gaat hier hoofdzakelijk om correctief onderhoud, preventief onderhoud en inspecties.
De doelstelling van de afdeling is het onderhouden, repareren en aanpassen van de bedrijfsmiddelen en installaties, alsmede het uitvoeren van modificaties. Jouw zwaartepunt ligt op elektro- en instrumentatietechnisch gebied (E&I), maar je rol is sitebreed: waar nodig pak je ook mechanical en multidisciplinaire scopes op. Je bent onderdeel van de Maintenance afdeling en rapporteert aan de Maintenance Manager.
Met ongeveer 70 medewerkers is onze vestiging in de Botlek relatief klein. Iedereen kent elkaar, lijnen zijn kort en je bent snel onderdeel van het team. Tegelijk maak je deel uit van een internationaal concern, waardoor er een groot netwerk met veel kennis en kunde beschikbaar is.
Hoe ziet je dag eruit?
Als Werkvoorbereider ben je de schakel tussen de aanvrager van het werk, de uitvoering in het veld en eventuele contractors. Je zet een werkaanvraag om in een complete, veilig uitvoerbare en goed geplande klus: heldere werkomschrijving, juiste technische specificaties, actuele tekeningen, de benodigde materialen op tijd op locatie en de vergunningaanvragen tijdig voorbereid.
Je werkt nauw samen met de E&I en Mechanical Technicians, Reliability, Operations en Procurement. Je bent daarbij verantwoordelijk voor een correcte bewaking van de voortgang en de terugkoppeling naar de interne klant. Je communiceert proactief over voortgang, knelpunten, budgetoverschrijdingen en resultaten. Naast het dagelijkse onderhoud lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de voorbereiding van Turnarounds en projecten.
Jouw werkzaamheden
- Het technisch voorbereiden van werkorders: opstellen van werkomschrijvingen, werkpakketten, technische specificaties, benodigde tekeningen en documentatie.
- Het bepalen en aanvragen van de benodigde materialen, onderdelen, gereedschappen, hulpmiddelen en mankracht, en het bewaken van de levertijden.
- Het opvragen en beoordelen van aanbiedingen bij contractors en leveranciers, en in samenwerking met Procurement zorgen voor tijdige opdrachtverstrekking.
- Het onderhouden van de werkvoorbereidings- en onderhoudsdata in SAP: orders, taaklijsten, materiaallijsten, stuklijsten en preventieve onderhoudsplannen.
- Het tijdig voorbereiden en aanvragen van werkvergunningen
- Het vooraf beoordelen van de werkplek en de werkzaamheden, zodat het werk veilig en in één keer goed uitgevoerd kan worden.
- Het bijdragen aan de voorbereiding van Turnarounds en projecten: scope-opbouw, werkpakketten, materiaal en contractorcoördinatie.
Wat vragen wij
- Diploma op minimaal MBO niveau 4 in de richting van Elektrotechniek, Meet- en Regeltechniek of gelijkwaardig.
- Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring als werkvoorbereider of vergelijkbare rol in onderhoud binnen de (petro)chemie of een vergelijkbare procesindustrie.
- Goede kennis van SAP is een pre.
- Kennis van het werkvergunningenproces, TRA's en relevante wet- en regelgeving.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om verschillende disciplines en contractors mee te krijgen.
- In staat om zelfstandig, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht te werken en verbeteringen door te voeren.
