Quality Manager

What will you do?
In this role, you lead Quality & HSE and are responsible for Quality Engineering and Assurance. You maintain oversight of the full process, work data-driven, and build further on the existing foundation while the organization grows.
- Maintain and further develop the Quality Management System (CAQ) for both product and process, ensuring ISO compliance
- Lead internal, customer, and external audits, and oversee related documentation and procedures
- Manage non-conformities, deviations, and CAPA processes
- Drive continuous improvement and reliability using data and SPC
The team
You will work closely with colleagues from Engineering, Supply Chain, Cleanroom operations, and Management. The role is highly cross-functional and requires strong collaboration across all levels of the organization, as well as with external partners and customers.
What are we expecting?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a QHSE, Quality, or HSE role.
- You are familiar with relevant standards (such as ISO 9001, 13485, and 14001) and can translate these into practical guidelines
- Experience in a high-tech, manufacturing, or regulated environment
- Experience with audits, CAPA, and root cause analysis
- Knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management (RI&E) and chemical processes
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Able to communicate effectively across different stakeholders

- Flexible office working hours (start between 07:00 and 09:00)
