Requirements;
We hope by now it is clear we hire a personality over a list of requirements however there are a few and we ask you to respect them. You offer us:
A MSc degree in Engineering, Applied Physics, or similar technical field
Hands-on experience with precision manufacturing processes such as cleaving, grinding and polishing.
Technically sharp person; calm under pressure, execution-driven, and able to bring structure, ownership, and clear communication in a fast-moving high-tech manufacturing environment.
A 2-min video pitch about yourself. (this can be done in the application system itself, and you can try as often as needed)
Direct employment without the need for a VISA, for this role we can not provide one.
