Job Description: Workshop Admin
Overall goal: You will be part of our forward thinking team to share our vision, willingness and drive to adapt to changes within our business. You will assist the management team in the day to day operations of the business.
The Workshop Admin roles include, and are not limited to; monitoring stock, being responsible for the smooth flow of repairs, consumables, componentry, as well as ensuring the correct use of the scan gun is being followed by all staff, organising the workshop, housekeeping, and keeping management informed of any notable issues or changes within the business. The workshop admin will also spend a significant amount of time in the workshop carrying out repairs, as the above tasks do not constitute a full-time role at present.
The Workshop Admin must keep a close eye on all aspects of the customer and Revivo repairs operations, including good in/out, repairs and quality control. The repair workshop is the responsibility of the Workshop admin, unless issues from that department overspill into the above departments.
The cleanliness, and tidiness of the COSHH cupboard, and the componentry areas are the sole responsibility of the Workshop admin, as is the housekeeping and organisation of maintenance of any machinery within the repairs workshop.
The Workshop Admin will report directly to the General Manager, and is responsible for raising issues as soon as they arise, and in some cases, assisting management with the resolution of these issues.
