Supply and Change Mgt. Associate Manager
As a Supply and Change Management Associate Manager, you play a pivotal role in collaborating with colleagues across supply chain planning and adjacent functions to ensure an efficient and reliable supply using the best available resources and systems.
The purpose of this role is to ensure uninterrupted supply for assigned products and countries, while driving cost-efficient decisions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and continuously improving supply chain operations.
In this role, you will coordinate activities across supply chain stakeholders to deliver business outcomes for a defined cluster of products and/or countries.
This position can be based in Diegem (Belgium) or Hoofddorp (The Netherlands).
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure uninterrupted supply of assigned products and countries, particularly for higher complexity or revenue portfolios, by resolving operational supply issues and managing collaboration with external partners.
- Monitor inventory levels across affiliates and ensure adherence to targets; perform in-depth analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and monitor short-term supply plans in close collaboration with country/customer stakeholders, internal packaging sites, and external manufacturing partners.
- Manage supply exceptions (e.g., out-of-stock or overstock situations) and support prioritization and allocation in case of supply constraints.
- Define and control bridging stock levels driven by country-specific requirements or events.
- Plan and oversee local re-packing activities of imported goods and manage local change processes in alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure GxP compliance by managing product changes in accordance with supply needs and local regulations.
- Lead the execution of change management activities, including regulatory assessment, implementation strategy definition, task allocation, and timeline management.
- Adapt implementation strategies and escalate issues where necessary during execution.
- Initiate and validate master data maintenance, ensuring consistent planning parameters for replenishment processes.
- Collaborate with regulatory, commercial, market access, demand planning, and quality teams to develop local or regional launch and lifecycle strategies.
- Monitor and manage the inventory impact of lifecycle events.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to optimize lifecycle strategies and minimize local and regional costs related to registrations, filings, and packaging.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals, applying a forward-looking and innovative mindset.
- Lead or support change initiatives in supply planning, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and tools in line with Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO).

WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Several years of experience in supply chain management, including strong stakeholder management experience (e.g., Finance/Distribution, Supply Chain, Logistics Execution), preferably within the Pharmaceutical or Consumer Health industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at different levels.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of managing complex situations.
- Structured working style with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong critical thinking skills to analyze complex challenges and develop practical solutions.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are considered an asset.
- Solid project management experience, including working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong team collaboration skills with the ability to inspire and influence others.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across the organization and external partners.
- A collaborative mindset, leading with purpose, embracing diversity, and fostering an inclusive environment.
