What to Expect
As an Architectural Assistant and BIM modeler for our EMEA Infrastructure Development Team you will contribute to the extended network of supportive facilities around the EMEA Region, focusing on 3dscanning and modelling according to pointcloud multiple locations across our region. Furthermore you will have the chance to work in a highly specialized cross functional environment, with challenging projects where you can acquire an extensive experience through participating in the process f architectural design, construction management and technical knowledge.
What You'll Do-
Modeling architectural projects in Revit/BIM according to 3dscan pointcloud or architectural DWG drawings

3dscanning of existing buildings across EMEA region (potential travelling)

BIM project data base maintenance, correction, update and audit

Supporting architectural designers in design and construction drawings if required

Excellent spatial organization skills, with a rational approach towards the optimization of layout design

Creating and maintaining our prototypical design standard library including architectural specifications

Experience in survey and architectural analysis of building/facilities

High level of competency in using Revit Architecture (BIM 360, ACC), AutoCad,

Experience in 3D modeling based on pointcloud is advantage

BIM project data base maintenance, correction, update and audit

Supporting architectural designers in design and construction drawings if required

Excellent spatial organization skills, with a rational approach towards the optimization of layout design

Creating and maintaining our prototypical design standard library including architectural specifications

Experience with any 3D scanning device is a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced multinational environment

Excellent time management skills

Detail oriented personality and interest in continuous learning/improvement

Competence in Adobe Creative cloud package and MS Office are advantage

Fluency in English (other European languages are a plus)
