What will you do as an AI Architect?
As an AI Architect within Capgemini Invent, you help leading organisations unlock the full potential of Artificial Intelligence. You work at the intersection of business and technology, helping clients transform strategic ambitions into scalable, future-ready AI solutions that drive measurable business value.In this role, you will:
- Lead AI-enabled transformation programmes that improve customer experiences, operational efficiency and business performance.
- Design and deliver enterprise-scale AI architectures, from strategy and business case development through to implementation and adoption.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executives and senior stakeholders on AI strategy, digital innovation and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams consisting of consultants, architects, engineers, designers and data scientists.
- Help organisations move from AI experimentation to sustainable, production-ready AI capabilities.
AI Solution Design & Architecture
A key part of your role focuses on designing and scaling advanced AI solutions. This includes:
- Identifying opportunities to integrate AI into products, services and operating models.
- Designing enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions using technologies such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, vector databases, orchestration frameworks and large language models.
- Building prototypes, MVPs and proof of concepts to validate technical feasibility and business value.
- Designing secure, scalable and responsible AI architectures, including governance, privacy, compliance and risk management considerations.
- Defining AI operating models, governance frameworks and adoption roadmaps.
- Leading multidisciplinary delivery teams throughout the transformation journey.
Business Development & Practice Growth
As a Senior Manager, you also contribute to the growth of our Business Technology practice.You will:
- Lead proposals, bids, RFPs and client pitches.
- Help shape innovative AI and technology offerings.
- Build and strengthen long-term client relationships.
- Contribute to new business growth, including annual sales targets.
- Drive thought leadership and support the continued development of our AI community.
Your profile
You combine strategic thinking with strong technical expertise and enjoy helping organisations solve complex challenges through technology and AI.You bring:
- At least 8 years of experience in consulting, solution architecture, enterprise architecture or digital transformation.
- Proven experience designing and delivering AI, Generative AI and cloud-native solutions.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Gemini or similar ecosystems.
- Experience with modern AI architectures including RAG, AI agents, vector search, orchestration frameworks and LLM integrations.
- Strong understanding of Responsible AI, security, governance, compliance and privacy requirements.
- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices and event-driven systems.
- Experience leading complex transformation programmes and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across both business and technical audiences.
- A Bachelor's and Master's degree, or equivalent academic level.
- Fluency in English. Dutch language skills are considered an advantage.
- Residence in the Netherlands. Valid Dutch and/or EU work authorisation.
