Role Summary

The Supply Chain & Operations Coordinator supports day-to-day operational activities across procurement, inventory control, production planning, and order fulfillment. Working under the guidance of the CEO, this role ensures smooth material flow, accurate documentation, and on-time delivery of medical devices in compliance with ISO 13485 and EU MDR requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate purchasing and supplier communication to ensure material availability and timely deliveries.
Maintain ERP/MRP data, including purchase orders, stock records, and production schedules.
Support inventory control through cycle counts, lot traceability, and stock reconciliation.
Assist in production planning and order scheduling based on customer demand and capacity.
Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate order fulfillment and logistics.
Monitor key operational indicators such as delivery performance and stock accuracy.
Support process improvements, 5S, and Lean initiatives within the operations team.
Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Finance teams to ensure compliant and efficient operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or production planning
Familiar with ERP/MRP systems (Odoo).
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Proactive communicator and effective team player.

Must Have
