Based at our Tilburg site, supporting a leading Fashion & Retail customer, you will play a key role in embedding Lean principles, coaching teams, and delivering sustainable process improvements that enhance performance across the operation.

How you'll make an impact
- Lead the implementation and deployment of the Lean program across the Tilburg site, driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance, quality, and efficiency
- Develop and deliver Lean training, coaching teams on methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, Gemba, and structured problem-solving techniques
- Partner with Operations and the QESH team to standardize processes and ensure work instructions remain accurate, practical, and up to date
- Lead and develop the onsite Training team, providing coaching and support to the Team Lead and eight trainers to build capability across the operation
- Act as a trusted Continuous Improvement partner across the site by sharing best practices, facilitating collaboration, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement
What you'll bring to GXO
- A university degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field
- Experience in a Continuous Improvement role within a 3PL logistics or similarly complex operational environment
- Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies, including Kaizen, 5S, waste reduction, and process improvement
- Experience coaching, training, and engaging teams to drive operational excellence
- Fluent English language skills; Dutch is an advantage
