Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality standards
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas
Follow all food safety protocols, including proper food handling and hygiene practices
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues swiftly
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed, including setting up or cleaning dining spaces
Use excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours while maintaining high service standards
