What You'll Do
As a Front of House Agent, you'll be the face of Generator, delivering exceptional service from check-in to check-out while creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.
Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming guests with a friendly, confident, and professional attitude.

Managing guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and payments accurately.

Taking ownership of the guest journey to ensure every stay exceeds expectations.

Providing local recommendations and sharing your knowledge of the city and Generator's events and social spaces.

Responding promptly to guest enquiries and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.

Promoting Generator's facilities, services, events, and local experiences to maximise guest satisfaction.

Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the Front of House department.

Working closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless service.

Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organisation throughout the reception and social areas.

Following company procedures, health & safety standards, and security policies at all times.

Helping create a positive, energetic atmosphere that reflects the Generator brand.

Your Rockstar Experience

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, hotels, hostels, retail, or a similar guest-facing role is preferred.

Experience using a Property Management System (PMS) is an advantage.

Good IT skills and confidence using booking and payment systems.

Ability to multitask while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

A passion for travel, social experiences, and delivering outstanding customer service.
