Our product has proven value in complex customer environments, and we are now at a point where a high-performing marketing engine is essential for our next phase of growth.
We are looking for a strategic and growth-oriented VP of Marketing to build and scale our marketing engine. In this role, you will own inbound and outbound demand generation, brand, product marketing, and communications - ensuring marketing directly contributes to pipeline and revenue. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in defining our go-to-market strategy and sharpen our positioning to ensure Howspace remains a differentiated market leader.

Own the overall marketing strategy and annual growth plan aligned with the company targets and strategy
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team focusing on demand generation, digital, brand, product marketing, and content/communications
Scale an inbound engine and targeted outbound programs
Continuously refine the ICP, brand positioning, and company narrative
Manage product marketing, launches, and contribute to sales enablement
Execute integrated campaigns across global regions and channels
Partner with Sales and RevOps to align on pipeline and funnel targets
Manage the marketing budget with a focus on ROI and CAC
Oversee brand presence, PR, and industry analyst relations
Develop customer marketing and advocacy programs for growth
Optimize the marketing tech stack and report on key KPIs
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations in marketing activities
Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement within the marketing team
Proven track record in building demand generation functions that deliver a qualified pipeline for a B2B Saas sales motion
Pragmatic and creative approach that balances hands-on execution with experimental, data-driven leadership
Deep expertise in brand strategy and integrated growth marketing
Data-driven approach to funnel optimization and reporting
Excellent collaboration skills across functions
Proficiency with modern marketing and sales tools, such as Hubspot
Solid skills in leadership, hiring, and coaching high-performing teams
Excellent storytelling and communication for internal and external use
Ability to translate company goals into clear marketing KPIs
Experience in L&D or HR tech space is a plus
Typically requires 8+ years of B2B marketing experience primarily in sales-led SaaS, with 3-5 years in a senior leadership role (Director/VP) in a mid-market, scaling environment
Fluent skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage
