As Senior Learning Designer, you play an important role in bringing our global Retail Training programs to life for store teams around the world. You design and develop practical, engaging learning materials that help our 15,000 learners build the knowledge, skills and confidence to deliver an award-winning customer experience in store.
In this role, you work closely with Training Program Managers, Learning Operations, International Trainers and other retail stakeholders in a dynamic international setting. From e-learning modules and one-pagers to posters, videos and workshop materials, your work helps translate training needs into clear and useful learning experiences. With your mix of creativity, structure and stakeholder awareness, you help us create learning that is practical, brand-aligned and ready to be used in stores across multiple markets.
In this role, you will:

Review Retail training briefs and help translate objectives into clear learning material plans.

Create new and update existing learner-centered Retail training materials across strategic and continuous topics.

Develop learning assets such as Book of Rituals modules, one-pagers, posters, videos, workshop materials and other store-facing content.

Manage timelines, priorities, feedback rounds and stakeholder expectations across multiple projects.

Ensure technical accuracy and availability of training content on relevant LMS platforms and support localisation needs.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality learning materials for international markets.

You know how to turn a brief into materials that are clear, engaging and easy to use for the end audience. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed and international environment where priorities can shift and collaboration matters every day. Alongside your creative strength, you bring structure, follow-through and the confidence to manage stakeholders across different teams. You enjoy learning, stay curious about better ways of working and bring a positive, grounded energy to the people around you.
To be successful in this role, you:

Bring 5+ years of experience in training design, instructional design or learning material design in an international environment, with Retail or Beauty as a preference.

Have a bachelor’s degree in business, design, instructional design, education, psychology, communications or a related field.

Have experience with eLearning and LMS tools, design tools such as Canva and project management tools such as Jira.

Can translate business or training briefs into practical formats including e-learning, one-pagers, posters, videos or workshop materials.

Work well across functions, manage competing priorities effectively and communicate clearly with different stakeholder groups.
