Are you an experienced HR Business Partner who thrives in complex, international environments and enjoys partnering with senior leaders to drive organizational transformation? We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to support our European Corporate Functions organization during an exciting period of growth, integration, and change.
In this role, you will partner with leaders across Europe, supporting employees within Corporate Functions, including Finance, Legal, Risk, and HR. Based in Rotterdam, you will work closely with regional and local HR teams to ensure global people strategies are successfully embedded across multiple countries and cultures.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to the business, focused on driving measurable outcomes through talent, organization, and workforce strategies.
- Partner with business leaders and clients to support workforce planning, talent strategies, and organizational priorities across European Corporate Functions.
- Ensure the right talent is in the right roles through effective organizational design, succession planning, and role clarity.
- Implement, embed, and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management solutions, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Provide coaching and development support to leaders, helping strengthen leadership capability, employee engagement, and business performance.
- Drive core HR processes through the business, ensuring consistent execution of global frameworks with strong regional and local alignment.
- Continuously evaluate and improve employee productivity, organizational effectiveness, and ways of working through data, insights, and stakeholder feedback.
- Lead and support change management initiatives that enable business transformation, integration, and adoption of new ways of working.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, unions, works councils, and labor-related matters in partnership with regional and local HR teams.
- Stay closely aligned to business priorities while ensuring effective regional and local execution of people strategies, policies, and programs.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for an experienced HR professional who combines strategic thinking with practical execution and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Ideally 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner within a multinational organization.
- Proven success partnering with senior business leaders and influencing decision-making.
- Strong experience in organizational design, change management, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Experience supporting teams across multiple countries and cultures.
- Sound knowledge of employee relations and labor-related matters.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into effective people solutions.
- Experience in business transformation, integration, mergers and acquisitions, or other large-scale change environments is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.
- A curiosity for technology and AI-enabled solutions that enhance HR effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.

- Travel: Approximately once per quarter within Europe, including visits to locations such as Geneva, Barcelona, and Bucharest
- Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Head of HR Business Partnering and works closely with senior executive stakeholders across Europe
