Company Overview:

TCI Biotech Netherlands B.V. is the European arm of TCI Co., Ltd., a global Contract Design Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) with production sites in Taiwan, China, Japan, and the United States. We specialize in providing innovative design and manufacturing solutions for food supplements and skincare products. Our clients include retail brands, private labels, and companies in e-commerce and social selling. Our mission is to enhance the health and wellness of consumers worldwide by delivering products that promote longevity and joy.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our presence across Europe. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying and developing key accounts with an annual spending potential of over €1mil. This role will be central to driving new business, expanding our client portfolio, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to identify, engage, and grow key accounts within the assigned market.
Pursue new business opportunities across retail brands, private label customers, e-commerce, and social selling companies.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by securing new clients and driving new product orders from both existing and new key accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure the successful launch of new products and long-term client satisfaction.
Conduct regular market research to stay updated with industry trends and identify potential growth opportunities.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
Manage a pipeline of prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and closing of deals.
Provide regular updates, forecasts, and reports to senior management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Number of new key accounts secured annually.
Value of new product orders from existing and new key accounts.
Year-on-year growth in orders from key accounts.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development or key account management within the food supplements, skincare, or health and wellness sectors.
Demonstrated ability to acquire and manage key accounts with an annual spending of over €1 mil.
Strong understanding of European markets and experience working with international clients.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and consistently achieve targets.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple key accounts simultaneously.
Willingness to travel frequently to the UK and Scandinavian Countries .
Fluent in both English and Dutch.
