GENLED Brands bestaat uit AgiLight, opgericht in 2003, en Acolyte, dat in 2009 werd geopend. Hoewel we relatief nieuw zijn in Europa, zijn beide merken goed ingeburgerd.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Optimalisatie van de efficiëntie: Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor de President & CEO; Beantwoord vragen en bron informatie waar mogelijk.
- Planning en tijdbeheer: Optimaliseer agenda's; regelen van reizen en accommodaties.
- Administratieve taken: Beheer onkostendeclaraties, afspraken, evenementenplanning en reserveringen op zakelijk en persoonlijk niveau voor het leiderschapsteam.
- Dagelijkse kantooractiviteiten: Bestel benodigdheden, telefoons, enz., indien nodig voor het kantoor in Amsterdam en de medewerkers; toezicht houden op kantoordiensten.
- Persoonlijke assistent: Voer persoonlijke boodschappen/planning uit zoals nodig/aangegeven.
Eisen
- Bachelor's degree (bij voorkeur - geweldige kans voor nieuwe afgestudeerden!)
- Flexibiliteit voor incidentele lange uren en reizen als dat nodig is
- Multitasker comfortabel met veranderende prioriteiten
- Mogelijkheid om vertrouwelijkheid te handhaven
- Fulltime op kantoor werken
- Vloeiend in Engels en Nederlands (een pluspunt)

- Administrative duties: Manage expense reports, appointments, event planning and reservations on a business and personal level for leadership team.
- Daily office operations: Order supplies, phones, etc., as needed for the Amsterdam office and employees; oversee office services.
- Personal assistant: Perform personal errands/scheduling as needed/directed.
Requirements
