Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Business Administration Support professional to provide high-quality operational and administrative support within a dynamic international business environment.
In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring the efficient operation of the department by coordinating administrative activities, supporting business processes, managing stakeholder communications and enabling effective planning and execution of day-to-day operations.
Working closely with business leaders, project teams and support functions, you will contribute to creating an organised, collaborative and efficient working environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism, confidentiality and service delivery.
Responsibilities
As Business Administration Support, you will:

Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to business leaders and teams.

Manage complex calendars, meeting schedules and business priorities.

Coordinate internal and external meetings, workshops, leadership sessions and team events.

Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, minutes and action trackers.

Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, expense processing and other administrative activities.

Support procurement, onboarding, access requests and other business administration processes.

Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.

Maintain accurate documentation, records and business information in accordance with company policies.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimise administrative processes and ways of working.

Collaborate with colleagues across multiple departments, locations and time zones to ensure effective business support.

Qualifications
You are a proactive and highly organised professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced international environment. You have excellent planning skills, strong attention to detail and are able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service.
You bring:

Proven experience in Business Administration, Executive Support, Office Management or a similar business support role.

Experience supporting managers or leadership teams within a corporate environment.

Excellent organisational, planning and coordination skills.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience coordinating meetings, travel arrangements and business administration activities.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Experience handling confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Fluency in English; Dutch is an advantage.
